Praise God! 12 orphans made it out of Haiti and will be finding their way into good homes here in the United States. Please pray for continuing efforts that are currently underway to go back to Haiti and bring more orphans to loving homes.
I just looked at the date on my last blog. So much has happened over the last couple of weeks. We were selected by the 2009 Oklahoma Mother of the Year as her charity and we collected 300 Easter baskets with Tenth Avenue North and Coppelia with Air 1 Radio. So instead of going on and on about that, just watch the video. It was very cool! Click below.

I have to confess to you that when I talk to people about AHF a lot of the “venues” are focused on the fundraising aspect of the foundation. This obviously is a very important part of the future of AHF. This is not the “confession” part but merely to set up where I am going. Many people and churches often would ask about getting involved. Other than becoming a foster parent, I really believed that we didn’t have many places for them to serve. My confession is how incredibly short-sided and spiritually weak that thought process was. How arrogant for me to say that God didn’t have a place for someone to put feet to the Gospel. I am so glad that God has bigger plans! We recently hosted a volunteer orientation and had almost 60 people show up. All of the ministries that God laid on our hearts to get off of the ground are well on their way. Not by our hands for sure. So, if I ever try and take over the reigns and try and tell God what His people can and can’t do with His ministry, I hope He smites me right out of my too big shoes. 11:56 AM GMT | Read comments(0)February 24Revive conference OKC
