
Katherine Craig, Executive Director
Katherine came to AHF in 2017! She has been in the non-profit sector for 18 years and received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is married to her husband Chad. The Craig's have one daughter, Courtney and one son, Conner. Katherine is deeply passionate about helping fulfill the immense needs for foster care services in our great state and feels truly blessed by God to have been given the opportunity to lead and grow Anna's House Foundation. "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." —Ephesians 2:10
Jessica Routh, Foster Care Director
Jessica has been at AHF since 2016! She received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Park University in Missouri. She began her career with the Department of Family Protective Services in Texas, where she worked as an Investigator and a foster care licensing regulations caseworker. She found a passion to work with foster children and families while with DFPS. Jessica has two children with her husband, Chris, who she has been married to for sixteen years. She wishes to continue the career she began in Texas to help provide support to foster parents so they are able to provide a safe and happy environment for foster children.
Carrie Neff, Clinical Director
Carrie Neff, LPC-S, IMH-E, is an experienced therapist with over 10 years of work supporting children and families. She has worked in various settings, including domestic violence shelters and mental health centers, where she’s built strong, trusting relationships with clients. Specializing in trauma-focused and infant mental health treatment, Carrie is certified in several evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She is also an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Supervisor.
Carrie is dedicated to helping children and families navigate challenges and grow through early intervention. Her approach combines empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies to create positive, lasting change. Driven by a deep commitment to the well-being of children, Carrie strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
Britley Little, Community Engagement Director
Britley began her career at AHF in 2018! She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma receiving her bachelor's in Family Life Education, knowing she wanted to work with vulnerable children and families. This desire led her to the foster care space in 2018. Britley has had versatile roles from managing in kind donations, overseeing interns/volunteers and developing content for social media platforms, to speaking at fundraising events, planning foster family get-togethers, and most recently, establishing AHF's first Young Professionals Board where she works with passionate young leaders of Oklahoma. Britley and her husband live in central OK with their 2 dogs and enjoys reading, traveling, and being members of LifeChurch.

Lauren Taylor, Care Specialist
Lauren has been at AHF since 2018! She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she received a Bachelor degree in Family Life Education and Child Development. She has previously worked in childcare where she realized how big of a heart she had for children and families. She has now been supporting foster families since 2016 and enjoys seeing the difference one family can make in a child’s life. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending Life Church on the weekends. Lauren is very thankful to be at Anna’s House Foundation and continue to serve families and children.

Reagan Buster, Operations Coordinator
Reagan joined AHF in 2020! She is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where she received a Bachelor’s in Family and Community Service. She has a deep passion for loving and serving families and making the family structure whole. She is very excited to be part of the Anna's House team. Reagan enjoys watching soccer, reading good books, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.

Darby Brackett, Care Specialist
Darby was an AHF intern and then came on board in 2022! Darby is a graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her Bachelors in Family Life Education: Marriage and Family. After completing internships with the Anna’s House, Darby realized her love and passion for foster care and the need for advocates for children and families in Oklahoma. She feels so thankful to begin her career with the love and support here at the Anna’s House. In her free time, Darby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and traveling.

Bree Hledik, Care Specialist
Bree is a graduate from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She attended a C.A.S.A. Fundraising Gala in 2020 where she was introduced to the world of foster care. She quickly knew she needed to change careers and started working at the Department of Human Services as a Child Welfare Specialist. There, her passion for helping others and advocating for children grew immensely. She is excited to join Anna's House and is looking forward to growing in her career here. In her free time, Bree loves to spend it with her friends and family, traveling, book club with her friends, and taking her corgi, Ollie, on walks.
Amanda Ellis, Care Specialist
Amanda graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. Over the years, she has been involved in ministries and philanthropic efforts that have nurtured a passion for serving others. These experiences have stirred a desire to glorify God by walking alongside children and families, especially those in the foster care community. Amanda feels honored to be part of the Anna’s House team and is looking forward to learning, serving, and growing. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, trying new things, and spending time with the people she loves.

Sara Keeth, Certification Specialist
Sara has been at AHF since 2021! Sara graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor’s degree. Sara has spent the last year working for the Department of Human Services as a Child Welfare Specialist where she found her passion and love for social work. She is excited to become a part of the Anna’s House Foundation and grow more in her career. Sara enjoys reading and spending time with her husband + 1yr old daughter.

Grace Sigler, Development Coordinator
Grace joined AHF in 2024! She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Nonprofit Management, and graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Master's in Nonprofit Leadership in 2024. Grace has always had a passion for nonprofit work and bringing the community together to empower others. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her friends and family. She is super excited to join the Anna’s House Foundation team and learn more about the foster care community!
Ivy DeLoera, Foster Parent Recruiter & Trainer
Ivy joined the team in 2023! She went to the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her bachelor's degree in Child Development. Through her gap year, working at camp and various ministries she discovered a passion for loving and caring for children and families that the Lord placed inside of her. Ivy is excited to be a part of the Anna's House Foundation team to learn, grow, and encourage others. She enjoys spending time with her husband, going on walks, and getting coffee with friends in her free time!
