Katherine Craig,  Executive Director

Katherine has been in the non-profit sector for 18 years and received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is married to her husband Chad. The Craig's have one daughter, Courtney and one son, Conner. Katherine is deeply passionate about helping fulfill the immense needs for foster care services in our great state and feels truly blessed by God to have been given the opportunity to lead and grow Anna's House Foundation.  "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." —Ephesians 2:10

Jessica Routh, Foster Care Director

Jessica received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Park University in Missouri. She began her career with the Department of Family Protective Services in Texas, where she worked as an Investigator and a foster care licensing regulations caseworker. She found a passion to work with foster children and families while with DFPS. Jessica has two children with her husband, Chris, who she has been married to for sixteen years. She wishes to continue the career she began in Texas to help provide support to foster parents so they are able to provide a safe and happy environment for foster children.

Sarah McFadden, Clinical Director

Sarah started her career working with children and families in the foster care system by providing services in homes and schools. She then served as a therapist and Clinical Director at Sunbeam Family Services, and then transitioned to private practice in 2014. She has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Making Sense of Your Worth curriculum, and Level 1 Gottman Couple's Therapy training. We are incredibly thankful for Sarah and so excited to begin offering counseling at Anna's House Foundation!

Britley Little, Director of Community Engagement 

Britley graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma receiving her bachelor's in Family Life Education, knowing she wanted to work with vulnerable children and families. This desire led her to the foster care space in 2018. Britley has had versatile roles from managing in kind donations, overseeing interns/volunteers and developing content for social media platforms, to speaking at fundraising events, planning foster family get-togethers, and most recently, establishing AHF's first Young Professionals Board where she works with passionate young leaders of Oklahoma. Britley and her husband live in central OK with their two rescue doodles and enjoys reading, traveling, and being members of LifeChurch.  “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose” - Romans 8:28

Lauren Taylor, Care Specialist

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she received a Bachelor degree in Family Life Education and Child Development. She has previously worked in childcare where she realized how big of a heart she had for children and families. She has now been supporting foster families since 2016 and enjoys seeing the difference one family can make in a child’s life. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending Life Church on the weekends.  Lauren is very thankful to be at Anna’s House Foundation and continue to serve families and children. “Trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight” -Proverbs 3:5-6

Reagan Buster, Care Specialist

Reagan is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where she received a Bachelor’s in Family and Community Service. She has a deep passion for loving and serving families and making the family structure whole. She is very excited to be part of the Anna's House team. Reagan enjoys watching soccer, reading good books, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family. “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” - John 13:34-35

Darby Brackett, Care Specialist

Darby is a graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her Bachelors in Family Life Education: Marriage and Family. After completing internships with the Anna’s House, Darby realized her love and passion for foster care and the need for advocates for children and families in Oklahoma. She feels so thankful to begin her career with the love and support here at the Anna’s House. In her free time, Darby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and traveling. “The most powerful way to change the world is to live in front of our children the way we would like the world to be.” – Graham White

Aly Stuart, Care Specialist 

Aly graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology, as well as a Bachelors in Behavioral Psychology. For the last 6 years, Aly has served in the United States Air Force and has recently separated active duty as an E5. While active duty, Aly has spent some time as a foster parent and further pushed her interest into helping children and families within the foster care system. She strongly believes that children are our future and in order to have a prosperous future, we need to invest our time and love in the children of today. “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity”. 1 Timothy 4:12

Sara Keeth, Certification Specialist

Sara graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor’s degree.  Sara has spent the last year working for the Department of Human Services as a Child Welfare Specialist where she found her passion and love for social work.  She is excited to become a part of the Anna’s House Foundation and grow more in her career.  Sara enjoys reading and spending time with her husband + 1yr old daughter.  “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
