Katherine Craig,  Executive Director

Katherine has been in the non-profit sector for 18 years and received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is married to her husband Chad. The Craig's have one daughter, Courtney and one son, Conner. Katherine is deeply passionate about helping fulfill the immense needs for foster care services in our great state and feels truly blessed by God to have been given the opportunity to lead and grow Anna's House Foundation.  "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." —Ephesians 2:10

Ramona Tate, Foster Care Program Director

Since 2005, Ramona has devoted her career to helping children in foster care in the state of Oklahoma in various capacities.  It is her personal belief that every child should live in a home that provides love, discipline, nurturance, and stability. Ramona believes that children are students of life, they require guidance and support as they maneuver through life’s journey.  Ramona has a deep unyielding desire to help others and her love for children has cultivated a deep desire to become a supporter of children in foster care. Ramona and her loving husband, Chris, have a daughter who serves in the Army National Guard and attends OSU. The Tate's also have five sons, two in high school, one in middle school and two in elementary school. “Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken” —Psalms 55:22

Jordan Cramer, Foster Home Recruiter + Trainer

Jordan received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology- Human Services and a Minor in Substance Abuse Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has passionately contributed to the foster care community since 2015 when her parents decided to open their home for children in need. She believes the Lord has placed a direct calling on her life to share not only her experiences with foster care, but get as many people involved. As a former collegiate volleyball player, Jordan enjoys coaching for Oklahoma Peak Performance, and Deer Creek High School. She also donates her time to helping find dogs and cats their forever homes. Jordan’s favorite verse that she chooses to live by is, “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” - 1 Thessalonians 5:16.

Lauren Taylor, Care Specialist

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she received a Bachelor degree in Family Life Education and Child Development. She has previously worked in childcare where she realized how big of a heart she had for children and families. She has now been supporting foster families since 2016 and enjoys seeing the difference one family can make in a child’s life. Lauren enjoys cooking, baking, reading, watching Thunder games, and attending Life Church on the weekends.  Lauren is very thankful to be at Anna’s House Foundation and continue to serve families and children. “Trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight” -Proverbs 3:5-6

Kelsee Squires, Care Specialist

Kelsee graduated from Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelors in Human Development and Family Sciences. Kelsee has a passion to help children and families and is so excited to be serving in this capacity at Anna’s House Foundation. Kelsee enjoys quality time with her husband, family, frriends and Oklahoma State football games, and attending Crossings Community Church. “Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loves, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” -- Colossians 3:12.

Reagan Buster, Care Specialist

Reagan is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where she received a Bachelor’s in Family and Community Service. She has a deep passion for loving and serving families and making the family structure whole. She is very excited to be part of the Anna's House team. Reagan enjoys watching soccer, reading good books, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family. “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” - John 13:34-35

Sara Keeth, Care Specialist

Sara graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor’s degree.  Sara has spent the last year working for the Department of Human Services as a Child Welfare Specialist where she found her passion and love for social work.  She is excited to become a part of the Anna’s House Foundation and grow more in her career.  Sara enjoys being outdoors, attending Thunder games or hanging out at home with her husband and dogs.  “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Jennifer Long, Accreditation Coordinator

Jennifer graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education. She has worked in the foster care field since 2015. Jennifer and her husband have been foster parents for three years, and recently welcomed their newborn baby girl spring 2020. They strongly believe in equal opportunity and setting children up for success. “You might be temporary in their lives. They might be temporary in yours. But there is nothing temporary about the love or the lesson.” -Tonia Christle

Jessica Routh, Certification Specialist

Jessica received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Park University in Missouri. She began her career with the Department of Family Protective Services in Texas, where she worked as an Investigator and a foster care licensing regulations caseworker. She found a passion to work with foster children and families while with DFPS. Jessica has two teenage children with her husband, Chris, who she has been married to for sixteen years. She and her family lived in Texas for the past fifteen years but recently moved to Oklahoma when her husband accepted a position with Boeing at Tinker AFB. She wishes to continue the career she began in Texas to help provide support to foster parents so they are able to provide a safe and happy environment for foster children.

Britley Little, Volunteer + Community Outreach Coordinator

Britley graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education. By going on a 9-month mission trip, she believes she was placed on earth to serve and support vulnerable children and those who live on the margins of society. Recently married, Britley and her husband enjoy traveling, attending Thunder games, and being members of Life.Church. With a love and passion for people, she feels incredibly blessed to be on staff at Anna’s House Foundation as their Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose” - Romans 8:28
