Hope for the Holidays: Paycom Supports Foster Families

OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 30, 2022) — Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, recently donated $125,000 to provide support for foster families and homeless youth across the country.

“Investing in the community is at the forefront of Paycom’s culture, and communities start with strong, stable families,” said Brad Smith, chief information officer at Paycom. “From Paycom’s beginning, CEO Chad Richison has emphasized the significance of supporting the needs of those in our community, and this year, we’re grateful for the continued opportunity to leave a lasting impact on those who need it most this holiday season.”

Bringing holiday magic to Oklahoma foster children

Paycom presented a $75,000 check to The Anna’s House Foundation, a local nonprofit with a mission of providing immediate, stable and loving homes for Oklahoma children in state custody. Employees also participated in a toy drive, ensuring that every child at Anna’s House received gifts for Christmas.

“Our employees always look forward to the annual toy drive and the opportunity to spread holiday cheer to foster kids and families,” said Smith. “The Anna’s House Foundation is an organization near and dear to our hearts, and it’s an honor and privilege to support such an impactful organization.”

Paycom has enjoyed a longstanding partnership with The Anna’s House Foundation. Since 2016, the HR tech company has donated critical supplies and nearly $465,000 to the local organization, helping Anna’s House offer invaluable hope and resources to foster children and families across the state.

“The holidays should be a season of joy and celebration, but for foster children, it can be a very difficult time,” said Katherine Craig, executive director at Anna’s House. “With this generous donation, we were able to give our children the Christmas experience they deserve. We’re so grateful to have compassionate community partners like Paycom that are dedicated to strengthening foster families.”

November’s donations come as part of Paycom’s ongoing giving campaign, in which employees have the opportunity to donate to a variety of local and national causes. Additional ways they give back include volunteer events and service initiatives that strengthen families and communities.
